Very expensive and no explanation of charges

Had a problem with a washing machine drain overflowing. Had Cedar Springs fix the problem. Got a bill for $575...no explanation of what the charges were. Wrote a letter stating there was no breakout of the price for service call, parts or time charges. No reply back. Will not be using this company in the future. Buyer beware!
