double checked the suitability of the tool by phone then again at the time of pickup. Two different fellows with abviously NO product knowlage in the pipe sizes. The enclosed instruction with the tool also has insufficient references. The person who picked up the tool even tok a sample to double check,,,,,,,,,,
I find the your "reminder" to be "thrutful" offensive. How would you like if somone told you before anithing else. DO NOT ..... TO ME.
Feel free to call me for discussion and a fair rsolution so this bad story become a learning experiance.
