Black Chain Link Fence

My neighbor originally contacted Wayne (Abacus owner) for a joint fencing project. Wayne came to our homes within a few days, at our convenience, to introduce himself and take accurate measurements. Despite telling me he probably wouldn't be the cheapest because he pays his workers better for retention and better end results, he was in fact in the middle of the pack with four different quotes. Selected Abacus on the basis of Wayne's straight-forward and no nonsense style, and his promise of being able to do the work within a few weeks since he doesn't schedule work too far in advance. Also used HomeStars ratings to give extra confidence, which were excellent. The work started on the Monday of the week following when Wayne said it would (not a big deal to me), and was done in 2 days. Portions of my fence were challenging given my landscaping design, location of irrigation lines, and electrical for landscaping lighting, but the work was done with no collateral damage to my property, which I can say after just finishing a new custom home build that used dozens of contractors, was a very pleasant surprise! In addition, the end result was excellent, with straight fence lines and posts, and an overall very professional look. Since my original quoted price was for a slightly longer fence that I changed to a shorter version between the quote and the actual work, Wayne even adjusted my final invoice to reflect the shorter fence and lower cost, without me having to say anything. Overall between the final product and the care and workmanship that Wayne and his crew applied to the job, I would definitely use Abacus again and recommend them to anyone looking to install a chain link fence.
