Ornamental and Wood Fence, Minor Landscaping
Excellent work by Wayne, Paul, Nick and the gang. I will be recommending Abacus to my friends and family and will be using them again. They had a complex project installing ornamental fence around over 300 lineal feet of hilly terrain. The quality was terrific. The crew heard my concerns regarding my small dog getting out under the fence and did a masterful installation cutting smaller sections as necessary to keep with the grade of the property. They exceeded my expectations.
The first couple of days of the project, they were there early in the morning and made terrific progress completing 80% of the work. Things went slower after that with only one person (Paul) on the job as they ran into some problems on another job, but Wayne was good about keeping us informed. They took another 3 or 4 days to finish it off after that.
The quality is outstanding. The ornamental installation met and, in some places, exceeded my expectations. The wood fence on our dog run was also done very professionally. Wayne and Paul are very focused on quality and this showed.
Abacus was much more reasonable (and inexpensive) than some of the larger companies (with more overhead) in Calgary. The price is very fair and the quality is terrific.
Wayne came by the project almost every day and/or called in when he didn't come by to ensure we were happy with the work.
I will be using the company again.
