I needed a new water heater, the sales rep. sugested the tankless,because it saves money and energy. I am a woman and dont understand much about such things. He explained the product to me very well. When the instuller came, he further explained the functions, and the usage. The work he did was so clean. Also, I called teh office a few times with questions, they were great the service they offered was exellent, both the sales rep and the instuller were very knowledgable, and helpful. I am a very happy customer and will recommend to others.
