Andres was quick, precise and hardworking. He walked us through the job he was going to do and went straight into work. Once he finished the job, he explained to us his finding and assured us that if there was anything wrong, we could just give him a ring.

Luke is a five star electrician, and there is no one else in the city we would call when we need electrical work done. I had a service done on my condo where the thermostat wasn't working and was old. I had a technician come in and he was polite and professional in how he introduced himself.

He mentioned that the thermostat had to be replaced and the only one compatible would be the Tekmar one. The Tekmar one had to be ordered in from Toronto and it came a few weeks later.

It was installed but it didn't work properly and we were unaware of it until our infloor heating system died and we had to get the infloor heating system replaced by a plumber. The plumber noted that the thermostat wasn't working and it was incompatible with the infloor heating system and needed to be replaced which he did.

I was disappointed with the outcome of it. I called 4 star electric to look at it and figure out a fair settlement. I was able to get a partial refund for the job done but unable to get a full refund. However, it was understandable as the electrician's service was good and professional and he did arrive on time and made an effort to try and fix the problem. I just wish he could have recommended a plumber at that time and not try to fix something that he wasn't 100 percent sure about. While still somewhat disappointed that we were out some money, I was happy to get a sincere apology from the company and they went over everything with me.

I understand we all make mistakes and things happen. I would still consider them in the future as the senior electrician did come over to my residence and tried to make things right as best as he could. Thanks for doing what you can. Much appreciated.

I had Luke in to complete an electrical panel upgrade as well as installation of new dryer plug in my laundry room (run from new panel), new wall plugs and range hood, and swap out of GFCI in my bathroom. When he was done, it was like he had never been there - I had to do ZERO drywall or paint touch-ups, and no cleaning up after any completed work. The way Luke worked, bits and pieces go into a bin as he moves along and a complete vacuum done after all was complete. Luke was also able to work around my schedule - so that I wouldn't be without wifi for a webinar meeting. Customer Service from the office staff and Luke were definitely 5 star all the way! I highly recommend 4 Star Electric and have already passed more business along to them.
