We have had Supreme windows replace virtually all our windows over the past 10 years. They have always done excellent work on time and budget. They are quite committed to keeping their customers happy and we experienced this once again this week when we had another round of windows replaced. There was a small issue on the day of install with some casing but that was resolved the very next day in about 15 minutes.

We ordered three fiberglass doors with a fir grain. I will have two of them painted and one gel stained. They came in the factory earlier than planned. The installation crew showed up and took pride in their work. They paid attention to the smallest details. They cleaned up while they worked and kept a safe distance from each other while working. They even showed me various features about the doors that will help me with maintenance over the years. Their advice was solid. Their experience showed in the workmanship and professionalism. They represented Supreme very well. I'd hire them again and buy doors again if I had to. Great job Supreme!

Les was the best Salesman, Gave the best quote and after some research we went with them. Installation team was fast and very friendly. Had a couple little problems with two windows and supreme took care of them with out any hassle. What more does a customer want. Great product at a competitive price and if problem dealt with fast. I would recommend them to anybody.

The new windows work great. I have no problems with humidity in the winter and the coatings make a huge differences with heat transfer from the sun in the summer.

The sales people were courteous and accommodating of any question or change we wanted to make.

The installers were great. Kept a clean worksite and always wore a mask while inside my house. They also answered any question I had and fixed any problems I noticed without complaint

You can find cheaper windows, but you get what you pay for.

I had all home doors and windows. Sales consultant, office staff and installation teams were professional, thorough and reliable. Finished products look fantastic. Delivered as promised. Could not believe the speed with which the installation was completed. Thank you.

We hired Supreme to install 5 windows in the summer. We decided to go with them after quite a bit of research; Supreme was the most cost effective, their sales professional was the most knowledgeable of the reps I spoke with, and theirs was the superior quality product. We were very careful because we have fairly new siding on our house, and did not want the siding cut back and the brick molds installed - something other companies insisted was necessary. A slight disappointment was the crew did not reinstall our siding correctly after window installation - they just clipped it back in. We contacted Supreme and the crew came back and put in a few screws and assured us that was the best they could do. We've since hired the company that originally installed our siding to correct the issues.

We used Supreme Windows Calgary for our recent 10 window replacement in Airdrie. The process was fairly simple from getting measurements, quotes, ordering etc even during the issue with Covid. We did have a 3 week delay on receiving the windows from our original time stated but it was not an inconvenience and expected with Covid, time of year, material shortages in the world things like this are bound to happen. Zach and his team showed up promptly on time for install and would call me daily when they were on their way. The windows they installed look amazing and we’ve received so many compliments from neighbors already but best of all was the cleanup each day. The install guys would pick up any loose material & vacuum so the house looked cleaner than when they arrived. I highly recommend Supreme Windows and installer Zach! Thanks for the Great Job!

We replaced the 1975 vintage aluminum slider windows in the basement of our bi-level home - so they are large windows. Supreme had previously done windows for us when we renovated the upstairs of this house and also some windows in a previous home. They continue to be professional, from their sales staff who measured to the installers who were fast and cleaned everything up. Everything was done within the timeline they gave us. We once tried another window company but were disappointed - Supreme has always given us excellent service and products. We are happy to support this excellent local business.

Having Supreme Windows instal doors in my home was a very positive experience from the initial appointment to completion of the installation. Karl, the renovation consultant, was professional, explained the product in detail, gave choices for different door designs and paint colors and promptly responded to my questions and requests for changes. The installation crew (Chrystal, Demitry, Ian and Josh) were courteous, meticulous when installing the doors, cleaned the site, and went the extra mile in doing extras beyond the installation. I will definitely recommend Supreme Windows to anyone wanting new doors and windows.
