Dear potential Supreme Windows customers,
Our family began a rather monumental task of a home renovation to benefit our family and especially our disabled daughter. Not knowing really where to start I contacted Supreme Windows to replace every window in our home. I was very unsure of the process to say the least. Karl Bergen promptly came to our house for a free estimate. His knowledge, experience and passion was evident from the moment we began touring the house, discussing our many options. By the end of the appointment I was completely at ease at Supreme Windows ability to make our homes' windows beautiful and functional and well within our modest budget. Karl was insightful and respecting of our needs and wishes. The process was simple and everything was decided and taken care of quickly and efficiently. Installation went smoothly- which was a wonderful unexpected surprise given it was January. All of Supreme Windows employees treated us and our home with a respect that many businesses don't bother with anymore. Karl Bergen was the shining star of this window replacement by far. I doubt that we would be nearly as impressed with any other window company.
I hope that in reading this that you take a moment to consider how stress and worry free your project could be if you speak with Karl Bergen and experience his passion for the quality of product that Supreme Windows offers.

Hi Karl,
Just wanted to send you a quick email to say thank you and let you know that our windows got installed today and I just wanted to say that the crew that came out to do them was awesome! (I believe the one gentleman's name was John and we didn't catch the other installers name) They were very thorough in their jobs and were very efficient. They took their time to make sure everything was done right and we were very satisfied with the finished work they produced. They were here early this morning and done within 5 hours(just like they figured it would take!). Our son (3.5 years old) was in the home on and off while they were here and they were very good around him and made sure to clean up everything behind them which we really appreciated!
So again I just wanted to email and say thank you for everything!!

I have my new windows installed one week before Christmas. Although it was very cold around Christmas week, I really surprised seeing the problems I have with my new windows. Not only the glass/frames were frosted, but it was from very hard to not able to open the sashes. It is very likely there are a lot of air leakage. I think I have been patiently discussing the problems(with photos) with their representives but so far their responses are not very helpful, only very minor fixing they have done. They are sending a technician over the third time this week. I am hoping this gentleman will answer all the questions I have and they will get the problems a good solid fix when the fourth time they come.
I have read many excellent reviews posted here but so far my experience with Supreme Windows aren't that great!

To give a fair and true review of this company, I think I should let everone know what happened afterwards.

It really was. The 4th time they came was fixing the windows. I am so glad Supreme Windows has sent Les helping me out. Not only he is more knowledgeable but he cares about customer. He looked into the problems in details and explained to me with patience, and was willing to come out after regular office hours, 1 time, 2 times and 3 times. He did his work very carefully and I think he has done more than he is expected. I really appreciated his service and professionalism. Things had happened in the way I have never imagined. But the way Supreme Windows has finally fixed it brought back my trust and confidence with them. I believe they are equipped with the technology and people in providing excellent products and services. What had happened to me in the past might be just an isolated incident.

Hi Karl, I hope this email finds you well and you're run off your feet with work… I was not going to write a review as all the others speak for me too. However if you ever need a reference or for someone to come and see “your” work please feel free to contact me… The windows are gorgeous, service terrific. This was not the easiest of jobs… We have tons of experience with renos. I am more than pleased with the final results. Call it a 10 out of 10 with a 10 in difficulty and skills needed...Great Crews too.

The installers were on time and left the house immaculate upon leaving. We love our new windows, patio door and front entance door. The drafts are gone and our house looks so nice.

Just wanted to say thanks again for your prompt attention to the small nail problem on my new front window. I do appreciate your attention to details and the help you gave me when we were discussing the installation of the window. You gave me options and answered questions so that I understood exactly what I was getting. I do like the looks on the new windows and it will be wonderful to be able to get some air flowing through the house. I neglected to tell you this, on the first set of windows, I had a second estimate and chose you because of the good information you gave me. I knew exactly what I was getting. Wanted to take time to thank you for the window installation that you and your team did for us last spring.You were quick effecient and fast in your work and your clean up and because of your attention to detail prior to and during removal of old windows and installation of new windows meant we had no clean up to worry about and did not have any interior or exterior repairs to attend to. ( this was not the case with a previous window installation crew that we had from another firm.)
The windows are very efficient and we have had no draft problems or condensation on our new windows.

We would definitely consult Les Willet again for any future window needs.
