I want to pass along to you that for the first time in years, we have been able to see out of our windows during the recent cold snap. Instead of thick ice between the layers, the glass is clear, and we cannot feel cold air as we pass by the windows. We appreciate the fact that you Karl, were approachable, knowledgeable, prompt with your evaluation, gave us valuable advice and suggestions and we had a feeling of great trust that our needs would be met. We love the new windows, and your installation crew did a great job. The crew were polite, conscientious, hardworking, respectful, and did a thorough clean-up of the site afterwards. A few minor issues had to be dealt with afterwards, but the service was prompt and extremely well looked after. Thank you for your valuable advice and assistance.
