A 3-week small(6'x10')washroom renovation dragged into a HELLISH FOURTH MONTH. This person MADE ARBITRARY DESIGN MODIFICATIONS WITHOUT ASKING (eliminated crucial pocket door because he had mismeasured; installed wrong window; failed to locate plumbing as agreed; refused to match door and window moldings). Faucets so far from sinks that the countertop flooded; sinks installed 6 times, 4 showerglasses; 3 door mirrors. Walls painted 3 times, still don't match & something is scribbled on one of them. Unprofessional and sloppy. He misrepresented the pace of the work (after 5 wks the project should have been long-completed, but there wasn't even a toilet), size of "the team" and level of cooperation . The fact that he was often a no-show was secondary to the problems that arose when he actually was on-site.
We paid top dollar - much of it upfront - for what turned out to be an amateurish learning curve for Interiors In Motion.
