Horrible Job/Attitude, extremely Rude!
To anybody who loves their rug/money/time:
Be Aware and don't do business with this company.
If you don't want to waste your money and time AVOID this business and it's owner, he doesn't know how to clean a handmade silk rug, He doesn't know how to take a stain out, I had a small stain on the rug and he made it ten times bigger and worse, he wouldn't provide a receipt, he has permanently damaged my rug, took my money and the "job" was done in less than 15 minutes.
Went by the store asking for my receipt and he was extremely RUDE and ABUSIVE, using extremely rude gesture and never provided the receipt saying I have to pay more money for the receipt!!!!???

Thank you kindly for your review, The client had previously ruined the texture of the carpet and we did not make any promises about the stain. It was a bad situation to begin with and we told her there was not much we can do she insisted we make the stain look less visible.
