My husband and I fell in love with the show home in Cranston. This truly was going to be our dream home, our forever home. At the time, we struggled to list our current Trico Home (Berkley) and was worried about the cost of the Kennedy due to the difficult market we were experiencing.

Needless to say, we did end up listing our home with the intensions of moving down should our home even sell. To our surprise, our home sold in less than 45 days. This was the first time we didn't have a plan on where we were going as we have always built new homes. The decision to move down was a struggle, but this was definitely our intension. By the end of the weekend, we had a home picked out and were getting ready to make the offer until my realtor sent me the listing for the Trico home and told me we needed to schedule a viewing as soon as possible.

That evening, I walked into the Trico house with just my realtor and myself as my husband was working out of town. I was speechless and didn't even make it upstairs before I called my husband. Sight unseen, my husband told me to go ahead and make the offer. A week later, the house was ours. My husband's reaction: He walked in ahead of us, did an entire walk around without saying a word, stood in the living room looking at the kitchen with his hand on his chin. My realtor asked if we did good. With a tear in his eye, he said it's amazing!

Our intension all along was to down size, but instead we up sized. The way that things fell into place, it was truly meant to be.

We would like to thank Chris and Darryl for being there on our possession date, taking the time to explain things in detail, and ensuring the items that needed fixing were addressed right away.
We were so impressed that there were no real issues that needed to be addressed on possession. It was truly a move in ready home!

The whole experience with Trico from looking to purchasing to moving has been a very enjoyable experience. This was our very first home and we are very pleased overall. Thank you Trico!!!

I was curious about Tricos show suites when I rode by on my motorcycle. So I went inside and had a look around. As a tradesman you see things from a construction point of view. Over all Trico homes does a pretty good job. To my surprise there was a way to purchase one of their condos even as a single guy. I guess the awesome sales people got me hooked and now I own my apartment.

Purchased condo unit in sage hill. sales rep was very patient and professional. received updated photos and progress throughout the whole construction period. possession was on time. walkthrough was very thorough. small paint touch ups were complete within 30 min. after walk through!
we all very pleased with the great service and quality work received from Trico and will highly recommend to friends and family!

The whole journey of building our home has been very enjoyable and exciting. The construction went fine as scheduled and got the possession of the house on time. The house did not have any single issue and we are totally enjoying the stay. The warranty team was very efficient and always prompt on our appointments. The quality of the interiors and design are done in a perfect manner.

First of all, I have to say that Trico somehow secured the best lots in Redstone. Facing a park, right next to another bigger, better park, and no street in the front, but with a REAR attached garage? Awesome! Now we have a house that doesn't look like every other house in Calgary AND we don't have to maintain what is essentially a massive front lawn!

Throughout the process, everything was very clear, the Design Centre's advice paid off (it looks great in here!), I was able to squeeze in a couple change orders at reduced cost even though they were last minute.

The site supervisor was very helpful, even pickier than I was in some cases. They tore up the driveway and re-did it because it had been slightly damaged by hail (I hadn't even noticed).

Friend of mine got a nice gift for referring me to Trico so I'm hoping I'll be able to refer someone as well!

I have been in the industry working with a number of builders in Calgary for 10 going on 11 years now and try my best to stay in tune to all the postivity and negativity that surround us on a daily basis. There is a very broad spectrum and you hear horror stories all the time of people pleading that they would never build again, or it strained their marriage or the service was lacking or they were sales pitched or whatever. This was not at all our experience with Trico as it was a pleasure right from concept to possession. The salesman we dealt with at their beautiful show home were exceptional and started off the process for us with a bang and on a high note. Their was no pressure or sales pitch but furthermore explanations of their product, systems and the type of company they were. We knew at this point that these were our guys and that we were in good hands so we decided to build with them. This was the best decision we could have made as they made the entire process enjoyable for us. The sales staff were thorough and honest, the design staff were unbelievably helpful in guiding us through selections stress free, the construction team was amazing at making things happen on site and on schedule and the warranty/service team was also incredible at walking us through our finished product and addressing the small amount of deficiencies we had which were mostly timing related such as concrete not being poured in winter. We were never given excuses or dropped the "oh that's industry standard line" or anything like that. Any questions, concerns or anything we had the Trico team took care of everything. The high level of quality we received not only in the finished product but also the process was unparalleled and we are still over the moon with our decision to build with Trcio. This company is managed exceptionally well right from the Cheif down through all the ranks and this is evident at every stage of the process. I would highly recommend Trico to anyone thinking of building a home, having an enjoy full process and having the chance to live in a beautiful Trico home that stands the test of time. My husband and I were looking for a home with a specific layout, and after doing some research we found that trico home had the best layout to suit our needs. The bonus was that the house was already built and ready for possession. From the time that we walked into Carmens showhome we felt that we mattered. Every question we had, to every email or phone call, Carmen got back to us in a very quick timely fashion. When it came to possession time the home was clean. We all know that possession day can be very stressful because your thinking about movers and whatever else you may have forgotten to book, but the construction staff and warranty staff were very welcoming and made the process fun and simple. I am proud to show my Trico home to family and friends because trico has built an amazing product that I now call home. Thank you to all the trico staff for making this the best new home purchase that anybody could ask for. Everyone should own a trico home!

This was our first time being home-owners as a couple and it was an amazing experience. We walked into the Trico showhomes, not knowing what to expect but they gave us a great tour, great information and we didn't feel any pressure, just felt pleased to have been provided good information about the home buying process. It was also an great experience with the all staff during the whole process, the sales manager was pleasant to deal with, gave us great updates with pictures. We also met other great people and they made it easy in choosing our interior colors and design. Site supervisor was also amazing, the possession and orientation was made smooth and warranty and questions/concerns was well explained. We would highly recommend Trico!
