We take this type of feedback very seriously. I have looked into your concerns, reviewed your paper work, and discussed your feedback with the appropriate walk through personnel, construction team and Erin. Your possession paper work shows 2 deficiencies on possession day. A minor shingle repair and the blinds were not installed. There are no emergency items listed; nor reported since possession. Your home was habitable on possession day as we would not move a customer into a home if it were not in a habitable state. Erin did contact the office to advise that she spoke with you regarding these two items and the timeline for completion. I understand the blinds not being installed was disappointing and we are diligently working with our trade contractor to have them installed tomorrow. We sincerely apologize for the blind installation delay. I want to assure you that Trico is committed to working with you throughout the warranty period.
