From the moment we walked in their store, Margaret and Arthur provided excellent service. Product selection is fantastic. Install was outstanding; professional and high quality. Very impressed with their installation team and every aspect of doing business with them. Would recommend and would certainly go back. Thanks, we love our new floors!!!

We used Trafalgar Flooring to finish three bedrooms, changing the carpet to Hardwood floor. Arthur helped greatly in matching the installed hardwood in the hallway and fixing the transition from the original bad installation (by another company) to the bedrooms.
Chris and Frank, the two installers were on time and very clean – they removed the trash and kept the area swept multiple times during the day.
Final installation was done on time and excellent quality. Couldn’t be happier and now getting quotes to have more work done and would recommend them in the future.

Arthur and his crew did a marvelous job, they took every precaution to keep the house clean and neat and never left the site in a mess, within 2 days they'd finished everything including the trim! I am very please with the quality of the floors, I will be using them again and will only recommend them in the future.

Arthur was recommended to us by a contractor friend. He was very responsive, came out and gave us a quote to install hardwood flooring on 2 floors and strip and restrain the staircases.

His installation team was excellent. They arrived and departed as they said. Moved and replaced all furniture as required including our piano. They cleaned up after themselves and worked very hard.

The end product is beautiful and I would have no problem recommending them.

The level of service was outstanding. Arthur returned my inquiry call in a timely manner, came when promised to deliver the quote (very reasonably priced) and even guessed the make and colour of existing flooring in our home. Install was exactly on time, perfectly executed and very tidy afterwards. Arthur called afterward to confirm we were happy with the job. I will ONLY use this company in the future and recommend him to anyone in town.

The workers were very nice and we liked them. In the end they did not do exactly what I wanted. The floor colour on the main level was not what I wanted, but everything else was okay. They cleaned up their mess in the end, but misunderstood what I wanted.
