We were impressed from our first step into Trafalgar Hardwood Floors. Excellent personalized customer service. They helped us find the right floors for our new home.
The installation team (Chris is an artist installing hardwood floors) is absolutely fantastic.
We would definitely use Trafalgar Hardwood Floors again.

It was a pleasure dealing with Arthur and Margaret. Arthur did a fantastic job and helped us get the right type of hardwood floors that matched our life style and family needs. His crew was able to beautifully restain and update our stairs to match the new floors. Like art. Very clean and efficient.

First I have to say, Trafalgar has a great selection of hardwood and engineered floors at almost any price point.
We of course fell in love with on pe of the higher priced floors, I tried to find an option that would be similar at a lower price, unfortunately we always went back to the Provenza floor.
Margaret was very patient with my email, calls and letting me take several samples home at a time so we could come up with an alternative. While I kept researching floors, I received an email from Margaret saying the floor had gone on sale.
Well, even though it was still expensive we just went with it since we didn't find anything close to the same look.
From this point on, Margaret always emailed me with any updates on delivery since all 1850sqft had to be manufactured and shipped from California. Floor arrived and was delivered as promised.
I recommend Trafalgar for your next hardwood floor needs.

Earlier this month we used Trafalgar Hardwood Flooring to remove carpeting & install hardwood in our three upstairs bedrooms & hallway. As we were matching existing downstairs hardwood, Arthur (the owner) knew right away which product we should use. His quote was very competitive & all services that were included were listed in the written quote. His crew of Chris & John did a very professional job with the installation. They helped us with moving furniture & did a great clean-up at the end of each day. We are very pleased & would certainly recommend this company.

Trafalgar Hardwood Flooring was recommended by a friend who had Delt with them previously. We were not at all disappointed.
The service was great with friendly and very efficient staff and owners. We were in a hurry to get the flooring done before our moving date and Arthur the owner along with his very helpful wife Margaret and their helper Keith went out of their way to make sure the job was done in time.
Their installer Daniel was one the hardest workers we had ever Delt with. He was on time and worked diligently until he finished the job. The floors look fantastic and we are so happy with the results.
We received a great job for a good quality product at a good price.

Had never used them before and had several concerns floor not level ,but they surpassed my expectations. and completed in a timely fashion,would definitely recommend them.the two installers never stopped until the job was completed

The workers that actually did the work took time to ensure the house remained as dust free as possible and were dedicated to their job. It was a major job in an open concept house.

Arthur helped me pick out several suitable colours and then let me take the samples home to see how each would look. The installers, Joe and Stan, worked so hard; they did an excellent job. I'm very happy with the end result...it looks great.

This review is long overdue as I got my new hardwood floors installed back in June. This is the second time we have used Trafalgar Hardwood Floors and once again have been completely satisfied with the service they have provided. Heartfelt thanks to Arthur. Since first meeting Arthur, we have been impressed by his frank and honest approach and very knowledgeable advice and guidance. Arthur and his crew are consummate professionals; they worked quickly and cleaned up at the end of each day. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of workmanship and our new hardwood floors look amazing! Our overall experience has been very positive and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this company!

We spent the last two weeks with Arthur and his workers as they replaced 1150 square feet of hardwood flooring for us in our Toronto condo. When he estimated it would take about ten days we thought he was exaggerating. Little did we realize how much work there was for his two-man installation crew. Joe and Stan worked diligently and carefully to move our furniture and boxed contents around the condo as they progressively glued down the underpad and then the new engineered hardwood. The baseboards and new shoe-mold were painted by Vaclav who did such a good job that we hired him to repaint the rest of the trim and doors. On the final day, Carolina and Barbara thoroughly cleaned the condo including the windows, walls, mirrors, furniture, and pictures.

We are very pleased with the work done by Arthur and all of his employees. They provided an excellent choice of materials, did a thorough and professional job of removing the old material and installing the new hardwood, and cleaned up, all to our complete satisfaction. The job was started on time and progressed continuously thanks to Arthur’s overall supervision. He addressed our concerns in a timely manner and made sure the final installation met his high standards as well as ours.

We love our new floors and would have no reservations recommending Trafalgar Hardwood Floors to our friends or others.
