Terrible service of furnance and duct cleaning!!!
Don't use this company!!! I bought a voucher for my friend who planned to clean her ducts and furnance in Oct. However, the service provided by the guy of this company was very bad. He put the vaccum hose into the vent and sucked each vent for a few seconds. That's how easy and simple he did the job. My friend was very surprised that he did it in such an unprofessioinal way. Then she asked how he cleaned the dust from the ducts and furnance. The guy was very impatient and became angry. He took the vouncher from my friend and left without answering my friend. I called the company to compain and they promised to redo the work for my friend, however, they didn't show up upon the appointment for the re-do.
I bought a voucher for myself too. But when I heard my friend's story, I dediced to cancel this deal and get the refund even though the company rescheduled the appointment for me 3 times for this or that reason.
This is a company you cannot trust.
