Superior Home Improvements was referred to us by a trusted friend a few years ago when we wanted to have a small window in the master bedroom changed to a sliding patio door. We were so impressed with the service and workmanship that we have never considered hiring anyone else for our door and window needs. Since that first window replacement we have had them swap out our upper single front door for a beautiful double one, replace our lower front door which was not a standard size for a new one that matches the upper double ones, replace the large flat front livingroom window for a beautiful bay window, replace 2 older windows in one of the bedrooms and replace a bathroom window. We have always been exceptionally satisfied and would not consider anyone else for our future needs. Thanks Superior Home Improvements for all of your excellent service. Your company was recommended to me by a friend whose opinion I trust. She used Superior Home Improvements. I decided to replace half of my windows because it was all that I could afford at this time. I was fully satisfied with the service and my windows. In 2009 we had most of our windows replaced by Superior Home Improvements and we're so very pleased with their workmanship we decided to have them back to replace our front door and sidelite this year. it was a such a pleasurable experience dealing with Superior from beginning to end. Karl, Superior's Sales Representative was so very knowlegeable and helpful and guided us through the many decisions we had to make. Jeff and Art, the owners, were so very patient answering our many questions whenever we visited the showroom and again when Art came to the house for a final measurement. We can't say enough about Jay and Dan, the installers, as they were so very efficient and did such a wonderful job installing our new door and sidelite. It was such a pleasure having them working in our home. When they had completed the job our home was left spotless and we had a beautiful new front entrance. We will definately have Superior replace our living room window in the future as we couldn't ask for a more pleasant and professional company to deal with. Thanks to everyone!

We had 2 bay windows and 2 smaller windows installed and the job included removal and disposal of the existing windows. The work was scheduled for 2 days and was completed well within that time. The guys were professional; they covered up the furniture and ensured that the clean-up was done including vacuuming the dust. The windows are great and we’re enjoying them!

When we started the process Karl walked us thru our options. Prior to agreeing to the work we visited the showroom which was helpful and Jeff provided us with some good insight. Overall we were extremely satisfied with the end result.

My wife and I were in a dilemma in order to sell our family home of 23 plus years because no one would consider buying a home of our caliber that needed any work it seemed (we tried with 3 serious buyers). All of the replacement items in our home were large and expensive and the windows were the most expensive part. A very close friend referred me to Superior and from the time we met with Barry Knight in sales we were put at ease.
Barry not only explained and quoted the job professionally and quickly but was with us through the entire process including after all work was done and paid for. My dealings with Art and Jeff the owners were admirable and with confidence. I can't say enough about Jay and Dan the installers who were punctual and efficient. They worked long hours even in very cold weather with complete respect for our comfort, time requirements and cleanliness.

1982/83 home, purchased in 2008. Required replacement windows (birck to brick) and new dorors and storm doors.

Superior Home Improvements came highly recommended by my neighbours many years ago. Initially I replaced two windows in the family room. I was very impressed with their professionalism, patience in answering questions and workmanship. They even clean up after the job is done. Last year I replaced the remaining windows and doors and cannot be happier. The important difference between Superior and many others is that their products are all custom made to fit our windows. Superior did almost all our windows. Then they came back and did our front door. Then they came recently and did our back patio door.
Why? Simply because their service is great , from the sales rep on through to the installers and the owner.
Who ever heard of "on time " reno guys nowadays ?? That happens with Superior.
We had an extremely minor problem with the door. I told them to come anytime, it wasn't serious. They were there in two days.
We still have three or four windows to do. Without question it will be with them.
