We needed a second opinion on a mystery leak our roofer hadn't been able to identify. Dan was here within 60 minutes of our email. He helped isolate where the leak might be, confirmed our roofer knew what he was doing and provided some insight into why replacing gutters at the same time as the roof can be a good strategy. We were already thinking along these lines and will contact Dan when we're at that point. Very impressed with speed of response, honesty & service. This level of service call was well worth the $100.

I have a farm with rescue ponies and was looking for a one piece gutter with the leaf guard for one side of my barn. The two young men who installed it were personable and understood my requirements...explained what and why they placed the gutters near the room line. They were honest, efficient and did a great job, and I have would definitely use them again...

This was the first time we had used the services of Adanac Roofing and the first time we met owner Dan Marr.
Before proceeding with the work, we had three competitive quotes and while Adanac's quote was in the middle of the three, we decided to make them the contractor of choice to replace our roof and gutters. The reason for our selection was a very detailed and itemized quotation with a complete list of items that would be addressed and provided, as well as receiving helpful hints from Dan during his visit.
Clearly a man who knows his business, he provided us with helpful hints and suggestions to address some unique problems that we had with our building.

Dan and his team ensured we got the exact roof and gutters we needed for our home and provided us with a very detailed quote..Dan's very professional crew arrived on time and worked very hard to finish our project ahead of schedule. Called Trisha to get an estimate on some gutter replacement. She was pleasant and helpful with a competitive price. Had the guys to site within 2 weeks. Guys were outstanding, Professional & courteous, (even helped move a heavy item out of the house!)

This job was more substantial. Good working relationship with Dan, the owner during site visit and estimating. Straightforward estimate, inclusive of everything. Price was fair and was for CertainTeed shingles.
Some delays in getting started but once the work commenced it went smoothly. Good work, flawless cleanup, no damage to plants etc. Kudos to Duane and his roofing crew, especially Marto as the primary contact at the beginning of roofing; and to Dan (not the owner) who did the gutters. Everyone was friendly, hardworking and did a good job. There was a leak during a rainstorm after the roof was put on, but it turned out to be a result of previous gutter work and Dan was able to correct it with the new gutters. Thanks to all!

We needed our roof and gutters replaced on our home in Langley and the type of detail orientated and picky person I am; I approached my project using research and information as my guide and ultimately to make my decision.
