Certa Pro Painters

Yes I must say all was great, however the follow up service is not up to par at all. Chips were developing very early on my kitchen cupboards. It was said they agreed it shouldnt be happening so soon. In the long run, no one has come to look at the problem, and time just keeps rolling along. I keep complaining and nothing has been resolved. Had two professional painters look at the problem and definitely agreed this should not be happening.
So as it stands now I am quite sure will get attention, however hate to leave it to this.

It was refreshing to receive a quick call back and scheduled estimate. they showed up on time and took the time to listen to what was important to me. I received a quote the same day and very detailed. When the painters showed up they were again on time and very professional. The lead painter kept me informed every step of the way and it made me feel comfortable having them in my home. They even cleaned up each day and informed me what to expect the next day when they return. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend them to my friends and family as I have already done.

Hired them in January/2017 - They brought in a crew of 5 for a day and 3 for the 2nd day. The painting was fine except afterwards I found 2 yellow paint stains on carpet where brush was dropped and not even cleaned up. They didn't seem to use any drop cloths as spatters of paint all around hardwood floor, didn't seem to use any paint tape around edges as spatters of paint all around wood mouldings. All in all, I think they were rushing the job and very, very sloppy work. No one even called afterwards to ask how the job went, just took money and ran. I spent a week afterwards cleaning up their mess, didn't want them back to clean up as it was such a sloppy job wouldn't trust them to do any cleaning. Would not hire them again to paint an outhouse!

The whole experience with Certa-Pro was amazing. Everyone we dealt with was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Jason McMurray, the owner, made sure the whole process went smoothly and worked for us. The painters were on time, explained everything they were going to do each day and cleaned up, ensuring we were going to be safe and comfortable for the evening. We would request Anthony, Morely, and Elliot again. They went the distance to make sure we were completely satisfied with their work. The quality was excellent!

We just built our new home and had CertaPro Painters of the Okanagan do our painting. They were very profetional and the quality was the best i have seen. the Owner Jason McMurray was very profetional and runs a great business, his crew was on top of every detail. We have several homes and i am picky but the service CertaPro offerd keeping us informed and addressing any concerns...that we did not have, is most pleasent. My husband is using them on several other projects becouse they are true proven experts in painting...i give them a 5/5 experiance! thank you CertaPro Painters
