70 Mile House
This company allowed our modular home to be placed improperly. They hired people to finish the interior after it was placed that they didn’t know and had no knowledge of if they could do the job. The site manager did not come to see the progress of the finishing once. Multiple deficiencies as a result. Told us to get it fixed and then didn’t pay the people that fixed some of the issues. We still have to pay outbid our own pocket for their mistakes and lack of quality. Wires inside the walls leading to switches that our electrician couldn’t figure out why it was there. Multiple cracks in seals along tiles etc. Multiple cracks in the ceiling due to it being improperly placed. I could go on and on about how poorly they treated us.
