Windows & Doors Installation & Service review in

I had all the windows replaced on my house in 2008. Five of the windows facing west have moisture between the glass. They were supposed to be argon gas filled but the seals have failed. I called my installer three weeks ago and said he would be in touch in three days. No response......Installation was excellent but the windows are garbage.
