Ordered a dishwasher by phone, that went fine. Delivery fell thru 2 times, waited called...never came. 2nd time without even a phone call to notify me. Nobody had a clue what was going on, waited on hold for prob 2 hours in total, having to call back many, many times only to get some general voice mail box. Supervisor didn't even know what was going on. According to his report my dishwasher was delivered. 3rd attempt it finally arrived (late) and had a huge dent in the front, box had holes in it. "Customer service" could have cared less when I finally cancelled my order. Thankfully it was dented I guess otherwise I'd have been charged a 25% restocking fee or be waiting weeks for it to maybe arrive. No apologies. I suggest use them for a quote (as their prices are good) then get it priced matched at a big box store and save the headaches. These guys could care less about service once they have your $$, and since you pay in full upfront you're at their mercy. Don't be fooled by their message while you are on hold that claims "they treat every customer like family" LOL!!!! Lots of warm fuzzy stuff on that message.... I heard it ALOT!!! It annoyed me even more. Hope my experience saves someone some time and grief.
