Great craftsmanship and product but very disorganized and no respect and regard for the customer.
They need some trained office staff with basic sense of courtesy. They made me regret my decision to give them business.

Mr. Ayub I would like to thank you for allowing Miranda Windows & Doors to be your door provider. I do regret how you are feeling, however, your review is based solely on the fact that we would not provide you with a receipt for more money than your contract, in order for you to collect extra money from your insurance provider. That would be fraudulent. We provided you with an honest receipt of the total monies paid to our company as stated on your contract. We train our staff to be courteous and respectful to all our customers, but we do not train them to be dishonest or unlawful. The most important aspect is the integrity of our company. We deal with many insurance companies and I would not want our company’s credibility to be compromised and negatively impact any future dealings with insurance companies. We accommodated you in every aspect including a weekend installation and even sending Tony Miranda himself to install your door. You were so impressed with our staff that you even provided a tip once the job was completed. We will continue to provide all our customers with the best products, installations and customer service.
