The most unreliable and shoddy service I ever encountered. I can sum it up with the following:
Poor craftsmanship, lack of expertise, defective, overpriced material. Creating unnecessary work without customer’s approval and charging double the amount they’ve quoted. Extremely unprofessional attitude, lack of customer service and follow up and they don’t even guarantee or stand behind their work . If something goes wrong afterwards or you’re not satisfied with it don’t expect them to show up or to respond to your calls, even if it’s the following day.
Since they’ve worked on my electrical system, I get a lot of problems with the breakers. They somehow connected the individual, separate breakers together and now I have to shut them all down to get any work done, not to mention the power distribution that has deteriorated significantly.
