The Construction was done well, but the landscaping for the yard was disappointing for two reasons: Firstly they did not remove the old soil in the small flower bed, which has a particular weed that spreads through the roots, and I had specifically requested complete removal of old top soil and requested new top soil. The weed has come back in full force within TWO months. and I have to dig the flower bed AGAIN next spring! Secondly, the agreement said 25 varieties of perennials would be planted, and there were only 2 varieties, of which one was a tall grass, and the other variety was very sickly looking tiny rudbeckias. The overall appeal of the flower bed was neat, but very institutional looking, and not like a homely flower bed.
