I am very disappointed in the hot tub we purchased from Beachcomber and the subsequent service events thereafter. We purchased a tub last June 2019 for our cabin out at Pigeon Lake. We used it over the summer and kept thinking the hot tub wasn't as warm as our other hot tub at home (different brand). We spoke to service and they said take a manual thermometer and try. It showed that it was 3-4 degrees F lower than what the digit thermometer stated. They came out twice to see if they could fix it and nothing changed.
Then it was a consistent battle with them to prove it wasn't right. We even took the temperature with both of our tubs and they were trying to convince me my other tub was higher than the 104 and it wasn't correct. They stated they would work with me to get this sorted out so I have been now waiting for months with no response. I think they are hoping it goes away. We are really wishing we would have purchased our tub for the cabin from the same place we purchased our home tub.
On top of that, they sent us a bill for the last service call and have been more interested in collecting that rectifying the situation. I would highly recommend not purchasing a tub from Beachcomber unless you want to sit in lukewarm water.
