I contacted Moon Key to have my locks replaced after moving. I had purchased a kit to replace my locks myself but unfortunately the locks did not fit the universal kit. Moon Key came and recoded my door lock and cut me 2 new pairs of keys within a 45 min appointment. The charge for a service call was $35 and they also have a 24 hour emergency line.
