A horrible experience. A friend referred me saying that they were very cheap if you pay cash. The owner Joe was very rude and disrespectful to my wife on the phone. First he told us that it would not cost over $400 if I pay cash. When they came to pick up the bin the driver was very rude to my wife, so we told them we would pay by visa, and they got upset - they did not appear very trustworthy and we wanted a receipt. Next week we noticed our credit card was debited $753 for additional weight? We cleaned out our basement – there was nothing heavy. I eventually got my brother who is a lawyer involved and I got my $353 back. I will never use or recommend these guys.
