Luis and Luba did a great job of explaining how to install my Douglas Hunter Blind which I had purchased at a garage sale.
I was particularly impressed by Luis offering me two installation attachment brackets with all the required screws at no cost.
This indeed one of the best examples of good customer service where it was not about making a sale, but rather assisting a member of the Edmonton community and not expecting financial benefit.
A million thanks to Luis and Luba who have strengthened my faith and trust in the goodness of many wonderful human beings
