After a break-in at our house we spent a Sunday morning trying to find someone to replace a large (7'x2'), broken glass door panel. After multiple companies told us that it would take months to get replacement glass or that they could stop by later in the week to assess, Pierre said that they could stop by that day, and he and his son Christopher were true to their word. They took out the shattered remnants, boarded the opening up, took measurements (it was a non-standard size) and noted they would be back in a few weeks with the replacement. They were friendly and informative, and the boarding up job was as professional as can be - it just looked like we had a plywood window. They returned a few weeks later with the replacement panel but when they installed it and reviewed they noted that there was some discoloration at the edges to which Pierre noted that he would not be happy having that in his home and that we needed to replace it. A few weeks later he was back and they replaced the discoloured glass. The replacements were quick processes and our insurance company seemed fine paying the full replacement cost.
