Love our new home. First time buying a new build and will only go this route in future. Hayer’s let us customize finishings to our taste and didn’t leave us with a huge bill at the end. Really appreciate how Robin looked after us. I am very happy with the quality and efficient build time of 4.5 months.

Just an amazing experience with our new home. The quality is spectacular. We looked at many of the other homes in town and noticed that Hayer Homes is using things don’t notice on the surface. Such as Roxul insulation in high traffic areas and thicker underlay with higher density carpet. Things you wouldn’t expect in a spec
Package. They rectified any deficiencies in a timely manner. My realtor directed me to Robin once I moved in and he has looked after all our concerns.

Best home building company in town. We have 3 homes built by Roop. Now with the generation of his son taking over it has been our best experience to date.

they seem to have a knack for building low quality housing at high quality prices, my home, barely off the warranty is falling apart, from fracturing concrete, cracking drywall, creaking floors, terrible drafts around the windows to their overwhelmingly terrible customer support, i have never felt more dissatisfied and ripped off ever in my life. i am even worried about showing my name for fear of constant harassing retaliation by them as i have had in the past. buyer beware
