I called them 2 weeks ago..said they'd be here saturday. Called me the friday before and said forgot they had a meeting to go to. They rebooked me for the following saturday, didnt show again. I had spoke to them about 4 times confirming they would be here. Wasted my saturday waiting around from them and on top he was rude on the phone saying they werent coming because I didnt confirm again with them lol. Not sure how many times u have to confirm with them to get them here. Wasted 2 weekends waiting on them with a giant hole dug in my yard waiting upon their arrival. I am booking with another company instead. Beware, if you value your time, dont call this company.

Jim was very good explaining things to me and also came durning an emergency
I learned alot about my septic system and he was very helpful
