They took 2 of my paintings to stretch better on my frames, Because there were few scratches on them they suggested to treat paintings with some oil. I accepted presuming they know what are they doing. To make long story short, I ended up with 1000 $ bill by professional conservationist, to repair the damage they made.
Fancy framing doesn't accept any responsibility for damaging my paintings. So check twice any suggestion they make!
