Arcana Windows & Doors

We had our windows and doors installed last week and could not be happier. They reinsulated around the windows trimmed them out very neatly. They made all the metal capping on site and it looks great. They cleaned up all the material and took it away with them. Great Job

Arcana Windows & Doors came and gave us a quote for a few windows. In order to try them out, we decided to replace one window to start with and are very pleased not only with the final product, installation process but also with their level of service. The installation crew were extremely timely, polite and cleaned up after themselves. Not to mention their prices were quite reasonable. We will definitely be considering Arcana for all our future window upgrades in the future!

We really enjoyed working with everyone in the team - a great team for sure! Haim did the site visit and gave very thoughtful suggestions - he took quite a while to carefully observe each of the windows. (That’s when we decided to go to his company). Alannah follows up timely and nicely. The crew - Warren and Cam - installed the 15 windows professionally and efficiently, and cleaned all the garbage! We had a really tricky 6 window unit in the master bedroom which we wanted modified, they weren't phased at all by the request. Their price was the best by far. They had done good work for my father a few years ago so it was an easy choice.

The install team was quick, tidy and quality of the install is fantastic. I will be using them again when I need more windows and doors done.

A fabulous experience from start to finish!

We just had some windows and doors replaced by Arcana, and we were very impressed with the job they did. Not only did everything turn out really great, but the team was extremely polite, clean and professional while installing. We’ve since, recommended them to 2 friends, and I would also hire them again. Haim, the salesman who presented the quote was also extremely professional and thorough preparing our job. He also took the time to come by during the install to see how things were proceeding! Great work gentleman!

Amazing new windows and front door with sidelights! Haim gave us great design ideas and the installation crew was very efficient, professional and did an excellent job working in challenging snowy weather.

Arcana recently installed two bedroom slider windows in our parents' home. They protected the carpets while doing the work and did the work efficiently and professionally within two hours. Our parents were very happy with the service and work. Haim was also very good to work with in ordering the windows and all was done in a timely way so that the windows were in place just as the colder weather arrived. Thank you Arcana for a great job from ordering to installation. We would use them again and would recommend them to others.

The work from the estimation to installation was very good. I selected them because of the attension to detail by the assessor James, eventhough it was a small job. The installers Darren, Jay were attentive to the details, and managed the installment in a crooked bowed wall.
Yes I would hire them again.
