Fire & Water Damage Restoration review in

I hired this company to clean my walls and ceiling after soot damage. These pictures were taken after the cleaning was done. Not a very good job for $753 and I'm still going to have more cleaning done! Waste of money.

Hi Danna, I'm sorry you weren't satisfied with our cleaning. I did speak with the project manager and he did say there were legitimate concerns with the cleaning on a couple of walls in the bedroom. He did offer to send someone out to re-clean the area in question at no additional charge but you refused.
We strive for perfection Danna but to be honest we're not perfect. We have humans who work for us and from time to time things get missed.
We appreciate the feedback and will try to be better.
