Titan Construction

In July 2023 a bad storm caused water damage in a portion of our kitchen, upstairs bedroom and hallway closet. Since we live in a townhouse we had to involve our condo board as the damage incurred was a direct result of faulty windows and gutters.
We had a crew from Titan arrive in the early morning to assess the damage and get to work drying things out.
Drywall was removed, floor boards we pulled up and heavy duty drying fans were put in place.
It was at this time we were told the windows in both the kitchen and bedroom were the wrong type of window and would need to be replaced. Titan also discovered there was some rot taking place and asbestos was detected. Then we were tented to treat the asbestos.
After a lengthy wait for windows, Titan returned to put everything back together as they found it.
Honestly, they went above and beyond better than we could have imagined.
The two workers sent to put everything back together were FANTASTIC!
We expressed how great it would be to have everything finished in time for Easter as we were having family come to stay. We were hopeful but realistic with outcomes since the windows were such a long wait.
Both guys worked so hard. They were mindful of start and stop times, getting as much done as possible each day. They were so respectful of our time and space and so diligent with every detail.
They actually reinforced the banquette with a strong MDF as it was only drywall before.
The drywall was replaced, patched and painted. They color matched to the paint already on the wall. They would paint entire walls not just the areas requiring patching. Each area was combed over meticulously. They even installed the new blind we bought for our kitchen!
It actually looks better now than the day we moved in and we moved in to it newly renovated.
We cannot express how happy we are to have our space(s) back and how beautiful the result is.
