Absolutely horrible!! We have had great success hiring cleaners in the past, but this company is awful! After a couple of months of mediocre and inconsistent cleanings, we came home to a huge stain on our ceiling! The cleaners denied any part of it, but an external contractor and plumber both confirmed, the stain was from a knocked bucket in our master bathroom. Upon reaching out to the manager, we were told they would not take any responsibility for the damage, forcing us to seek legal support. Do NOT HIRE this company for your home!!

Molly Maid did an amazing job at my home yesterday the 2 girls that cleaned my home were so friendly and sweet. I would recommend this company to everyone. So nice to see people who care about their job.

Minimum 1 hr cleaning for $100 per visit - I have a small house and discovered that they were there for 30 mins - cleaning wasn't bad - not great either - but definitely a poor value. Also very poorly managed - no communication, no e-mailed receipts etc.

I was not happy with the quality of service. They forgot to clean the bathroom, there was garbage left in my kitchen. They don't want to clean the fridge unless you reserve a special appointment. Too much hastle for such poor customer service.
