We bought a condo from this builder roughly 6 years ago. I would say that we were underwhelmed with what we received. Not that we expected a lot for what we paid. But that being said upon our walk through a few items that we pointed out we not taken care of before or after possession. Our bathroom sink cracked within the first 2 years and now the kitchen sink is falling off.... why pay for upgrades? Rather if you're reading this and are still considering this builder don't pay for upgrades. They aren't upgrades. They're done so cheaply they'll break in no time and you'll be paying to fix them again. And now that I'm writing the shower arm ( also an upgrade) broke completely off over a year ago. Brutal. After speaking with several other tenants in the complex I've found that they have all had similar experiences as well. Be sure to remind yourself of this when sitting with the sales people, because they are aware of this and are still sitting there selling this over priced junk.
