I was looking to get a toilet installed in my mother's home in Calgary. Debbie responded quickly to my email request with all the details I had asked for. The installer was on time, and didn't object to using the back door to go in and out of with parts and tools, even though it was a snowy day. The store staff was friendly. Overall the whole experience was very positive, I'm glad that I chose Hansen to do the work.
