I met Fenando Sestito over 20 years ago at a trade show and have never looked elsewhere. Our company "Royal Waterproofing & Contracting Ltd" Use his services on a yearly basis to do our clients plans for new porches, decks & other projects. His knowledge of the Ontario Building Code is second to none and we always end up getting a permit for our clients. About 25 years ago we built an addition onto our home and we called Fernando to provide us with the drawings and permits for the job. Fernando helped us with all the preliminary and the final drawings. He was very concise with all the information which he provided for us. Fernando always had a plan of action in place. He managed to organize and provide us with all the necessary permits for the job, which he acquired from the city of Toronto. I was introduced to Fernando at the beginning of this year. At first, I thought I was just going to do a total renovation to my home. However, after further consultation with Fernando, I agreed to enhance this project with a second storey addition. Fernando took care of all the details required to get the whole project going.
