I was very pleased with the service provided on the May 4th, 2021 by technician Charlie from ORELLA Group .

The technician came on time , explained the problem cost and details of my Plumbing Protection Plan with a Reliance in details .
The Replacement has been done quickly , without any cost involved this time .
Also he did change all 3 toilet Flappers ( I have had a concern about water running through them .... the water bills started to get high)
