My problem with bats wanting to make their home, in my home has been fixed today. I contacted Bats Canada, on Wednesday September 2, they came today, Saturday September 5, the last Saturday of the long weekend this summer, all the way from London, Ontario, to Midland Ontario.
They specialize in bat removal and prevention only!
I emailed Kenny pictures of my house and he gave me a quote over the phone and email which was totally accurate when they came today to do the work, no surprises of a higher price when they got here.
Kenny and Paul were prompt, extremely professional, polite, courteous, and compassionate, informed me of everything they were doing and why, worked fast to complete everything and also doing some things that were above and beyond their job, without charging extra.
They sealed all around my house, fixed things that the last contractor left undone leading to my problem. Adding flashing and fixed the flashing that was previously installed improperly, also installing aluminum fascia that was removed by previous contractor and not replaced leaving a large gap for the bats to explore.
Bats Canada has restored my faith in contractors again. Previously operating a “roofing” business they are experts in what needs to be checked out and fixed to prevent further problems. They sealed up my house completely, not just the areas where the bats appear to be “hanging out” therefore, stopping any future problems.
Price was reasonable considering all they did, you get what you pay for I am learning with contractors, and I received a 5 year written warranty.
I have had previous attempts to fix the problem; it was cheaper in price but didn’t work. I should have contacted Bats Canada in the first place.
Kenny will be back in a few weeks to check everything out.

Kenny is super, just super. Good discussions in the phone and vial email before, on time, worked through the day even though the weather was poor, and he completely solved the problem. And he is going to follow up when the soffits and facia are done to ensure everything remains sealed. He absolutely knows what he is doing, and does it promptly. Should have called him years ago. Service wasn't cheap, but worth *every* penny, no regrets.

I hired Kenny's company a week ago for a bat problem. Kenny showed up on time, fully prepared for the job. Kenny answered all my questions and concerns. Kenny worked hard all day, he did not leave until he was satisfied that he had sealed every possible spot a bat could enter. Kenny placed one way exit vents on my house, and said he will be back to remove them in the fall. Kenny followed up with a phone call the next morning to see if I had any problems. I have not seen or heard a bat since he was here. Kenny's work has a five year warranty. I would recommend Bats Canada to anybody needing his services. Thank you Kenny. See you in the fall.

After having several unpleasant encounters after dark at various times throughout the year both before and after hiring 2 other so called bat removal experts. Our house has never seemed more quiet and peaceful. We finally have peace of mind after using Bat Canada. We were very pleased with their attention to detail. Thanks again Kenny and his team.

I'm writing this review for Kenny from Bats Canada. We discovered we had bats on a Tuesday. The following day was a holiday. I called Kenny on the holiday (Canada Day) and heard back within an hour. I wasn't sure if his company would service our area since we live in the Midland area and Bats Canada operates out of London, ON. Kenny had no problem with the location, he looked up our house on Google maps while I was on the phone with him, and was able to give me a quote right then. He came to our house at 8am two days later as planned. He was on time, and very professional. He got right to work, and worked all day, only taking one break for lunch. To say Kenny is a hard worker is an understatement. He had all the required equipment to safely work on our metal roof, and that was where the majority of the work was done. It is now a week later, and as expected we have not seen any further signs of bat activity. Kenny was able to remove them from our home in a humane way which left both us and the small brown bat population happy! The quote we were given was accurate. And it was worth every penny. Bats Canada are experts in the field. We are very happy with the service we received. Kenny will be back in a few weeks' time to remove the one-way bat doors. We are happy to be living in a house which is free of bats. Highly recommended.

We had bats entering our home and called exterminators for prices etc. After hearing conflicting stories from them we contacted Bats Canada. Kenny responded very fast. He assessed & quoted. Then came out the next afternoon and put in 6-1/2hrs finding entry points, installing one way doors and sealing off all possible entry points around the house. He installed screens on all vents, replaced flashing and caulked the entire perimiter of the house where the brick meets the roof. No more bats after that. He called back a couple of days later to make sure all was well. All I can say is call Kenny and no one else if you have bats. What a professional, prompt, efficient man he is to clean up your bat problems. Plus, after all the caulking work he did our home will no doubt be more energy efficient. Emailed Kenny late at night, didn't expect a response until the next day. Within minutes he promptly got back to us. We have approx. 25yr old brick home. He was here as soon as the winter was over and had the entire house bat proofed within a few hours. He is friendly, takes the time to answer any questions and does a clean job! Would definitely recommend. We noticed dropping on our porch he returned with in two days of this and checked things out put our mind at ease that the creatures were lingering around our home but not entering anymore. We had a few bats in our attic. The noise of them coming and going kept us up a night and we found a few in our porch attic when we did some renovations. Previously we had another pest removal company in to investigate the noises and they assumed it was mice and put out some mice traps, what a waste of money. Kenny came to our house and immediately knew where the bats were getting in, he really has a great understanding of how homes are built, and where pests like to get in. He explained everything he was going to do, and also helped me to better understand how bats live and behave. He did an amazing job at sealing up the house and putting in temporary one way doors to allow the bats to escape and find somewhere else to live. Since he has been here there is not a sound, and we are finally able to sleep at night again! Don't waste your time/money with anyone else, Kenny is a true expert and professional, and will take care of your bat problem permanently. As another bonus, sealing up the house also has the effect of lowering our winter heating bills! Bats Canada should be your first and only choice if you have bats! Highly recommended!

Last year we discovered that the many bats we'd seen flying around were living in our house. We found Bats Canada on the internet and were impressed with the 5-year warranty, so we phoned and left a message. Kenny returned our call promptly. Our 100+ year old Victorian-style home has a steel roof with many angles and openings, but they worked diligently, sealed every one, and didn't leave a mess behind in the yard. As promised, the bats left through the "bat doors" they had installed and could not get back in. Our house even felt cozier over the winter with all the gaps sealed. This spring we checked the attic and it was bat-free. They were living in a bat house that we had installed on the outside of our barn, eating lots of mosquitoes but no longer living in our house. Kenny returned to remove the bat doors, seal the openings and do a final inspection. Bats Canada did an excellent job and we are very pleased.

We have an old house built in 1947 and last summer we had bats coming into the house during the month of August. We had the odd bat show up in previous years, but never experienced weeks of bats flying around in the house. We had a roof leak and figured this might have been the problem. We contacted Kenny and he advised us to give him a call after the roof was fixed. Kenny took the time to explain that the bats were probably there before the roof leak and figured out that the ones we were seeing in the house were most likely baby bats who were confused and could not remember the original route used to enter the house. We learned a lot about bat behaviour from Kenny's website as well as talking to him and we found this information helpful and it helped alleviate some of our concerns and dispell myths. We learned what to listen for and during the winter months when bats hibernated we would occasionally hear the bats waking up and moving around and going back into slumber, so did our cat. Because Kenny explained this might occur, we would not be upset hearing the odd scratching sounds. We had Kenny reserve us a spot for bat removal in early spring and when he came, he spent the entire day filling in cracks and putting up wire coverings over attic vents as well as setting up the one-way evacuations tubes. He was very polite, and kept us informed of everything he was doing. Kenny followed up afterwards to see how things were going.
He called ahead to let us know when he would be back to remove the tubes. It is an expensive service, but we believe that Kenny is a professional that knows his business and is confident in backing up
