Anthony installed a new Air Conditioner in our house. He was extremely professional and polite. He came back to check on how the house was, and asked if there was any problems. There were no problems thought, he installed the machine well. The AC works fine and has caused no problems for us.

14 yr old AC not cooling. Expecting big bill , very surprised at lower than anticipated cost. Anothony very pleasant person to deal with & he explained that he would rather repair that replace unit,

We were very pleased by their quick response to our email. They were very prompt, professional and gave us a great price to replace our old central air conditioning unit. They were thorough and answered all my concerns. Their receptionist Alyssa was fantastic with helping us see about financing and providing us with all our options. The technicians who installed the unit were prompt, respectful of our home and were very pleasant. The owner Lou came and made sure everything was set up and running properly.
I can't say how impressed I was with everyone and I will definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Excellent and quick replacement of my old hot water heater by Derek and John. Well done, and would recommend services to others. Prior to hiring, I checked out water heater options on the internet, then asked for quotes. Very happy.

I received a phone call from Northwest Gas indicating that my furnace service plan was expiring soon and asking if I wanted to renew for another year. I was happy when John and Derek showed up within the time window scheduled. They were very pleasant and did a thorough inspection of the furnace. I could tell that they enjoy their work from the signing and laughter they were doing while working. I will definitely be staying with Northwest Gas!

Our furnace suddenly stopped working but we didn't notice until the early evening. My husband called Northwest Gas and they responded immediately. If we were desperate they would have come that very evening but we were fine to wait until the next morning. Derek and John were on time and were very personable gentlemen. They found the problem quickly, got the parts needed, and installed the parts without any muss or fuss. We are very grateful for the super service and will definitely call back Northwest Gas for our heating/air conditioning maintenance and service in the future.

I own a property management company managing 75 units and ONLY use Northwest Gas for all Repairs and Replacements for Furnace/AC/HVAC. Anthony is very honest & fair with their quotes (always my lowest quote!) and they are always punctual and reliable with their work! They are so good that I also use them at my own personal residence for my furnace & for a recent renovation that required duct relocation. A+++ I would never use anyone else!

Had a very pleasant experience with Northwest gas. Anthony was very knowledgeable, helpful, and quick. New gas line was run 10-15 feet, and some ductwork was moved to inside the wall cavity as it opened up our kitchen. Would highly recommend Northwest Gas. Very good experience.

This was great service from John and Derek. They came as soon as possible and replaced our furnace in a time efficient matter. They did this all within 24hrs. It was great, fast, and appreciated. Thank you!

Have had numerous visits from Northwest, for furnace, they installed our tankless as well. Have always had amazing service, very knowledgeable, always professional, and very reasonable. I would definitely recommend these guys. They show up when they say they are going to, (Derek and John, Anthony)they do the work fast and really well, and they are always pleasant to deal with.
