Approximately 2 months ago a serviceman from this company came and diagnosed the problem with my oven. I paid for the call, expecting he would order the parts and return. After about a month, I called and they couldn't locate the billing for the call. After getting things straight, they said they would order the parts. I called a couple of weeks later to find out the parts are sitting there and no one called me.
They set up an appointment for Friday afternoon anytime between 12:00 and 5:00 PM. I took time off work and started making calls to the company at about 4:00. I was assured the serviceman would be coming. I kept calling until 7:30 PM and the serviceman answered and said he works until 10:30 and would still come that night. At 8:00 PM he calls and says he can't make it. He would not tell me if he could come the next day. He complained that he had a job that took too long and that he's overbooked, blah, blah, blah. He says he'll call the next day and let me know his schedule.
He calls my husband (not me) to say that he won't be coming for another 7 days. Unacceptable service! I didn't have them out initially just to diagnose a problem. What a waste of $110.
