Replaced 3/4 of windows on a 2011 new home

We bought a new house in 2011 with Bourcier windows and patio door. After one year, we started to have fog in some windows. Bourcier replaced the windows. Over the year until now (2017), we must have replaced 75% of the windows and one side of the patio door. At first, I've been lucky to not pay the service, but they had some changes in their organization and now they want to charge for service. Bad product, bad service. I do not recommend
