Plumbing review in

10 years ago we had both bathrooms in our house completely renovated. We were extremely pleased with the workmanship and the service, and in fact recommended the company to 3 other people who were also happy with the results. Recently we experienced a continuous drip in the bathtub. After we called the company, Wayne Denman, Production Manager, came out to assess the situation. It required ordering a new part, and today he returned to make the repair, at no charge. We were very surprised that after 10 years this service would continue to be provided.
