These individuals never showed up at the agreed time. They left a complete and utter mess and claim they were not responsible for the clean up. They were rude, beyond rude. Language used during the job was unacceptable. Regarding their work quality and craftmanship, it is sub par and that is being generous. I wouldn't let them in my house ever again even if the work was offered for free.

- What could this company do to improve their services?
- They are in the service industry and therefore it should be about provide the best possible service to their clients. They should go over options, possible issues or delays. If they confirm a day and time they need to be respectful of the clients time. Once may be forgiven but 3 times cannot.

- merely stay away
