We called to have a quote for new windows. The receptionist was very polite and helpful. She was able to arrange two installers to come out the same day. What impressed us was that they were Honest !!! we do not need new windows, maybe glass but before spending that money they suggested we take a look behind the window casting. So they removed a strip only to see from our living room into our backyard. We have now removed all window castings and are spray foaming ,since when Lux windows installed they left this part out !!!! Without any doubt, when we ever need anything done glass or door wise, this will be our first call to this company. Thank you for restoring our trust in others.

In fairness to Lux Windows they probably supplied the windows but they probably didn't install them. The home builder's framers would have done the installation in most cases for new homes.
