I am very disappointed with this companies business conduct. I ordered their portable toilet at $240 per month. In the second month Harris Septic has removed the portable from our construction site / vacant lot without any notice or even a phone call or valid reason other then that the locals don't want us to build our cottage and they are friends with the locals. The bylaw officer has advised that the portable toilet is allowed on the property but Harris Septic removed it anyways. The worst part is that this toilet was for my elderly parents who now have to go to forest rather than keeping the forest clean.Their employee and owner were very unprofessional and rude during their visit and phone calls. We have filled a complaint with the Mayer of Marmora and Lakes as well as the Better Business Bureau. Be very cautious when dealing with this company or their employees.

We are unsettled about this situation. We in no way, have any intent to make anyone’s experience with Harris Septic result this way. We at Harris Septic were advised by the bylaw officer that it would be in our best interest to remove our unit from this location. The bylaw officer told us that the customer was notified to remove their belongings from this location, as were we. The payment for the monthly rental of the unit was reimbursed. As per our conversation on the phone, we were under the impression that the customer was aware of the illegal parking. We apologized on multiple accounts to the customer for not contacting them directly.
