Did a fantastic job! Very professional, nice and happy to answer any questions. The result looks great and they cleaned up pretty well on their way out. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services in the Ottawa region.

Excellent service; kind and efficient. With results as good as one could hope for. On the outside, care was take for our new windows to be installed the same way as our other windows, so as to produce a better appearance. In the inside, when they saw our moldings were (purposely) placed inside out on our other windows, they accepted to do the same without a problem -- and were kind enough to say the result looked good! Arrived on time and took 3 hours to install 2 large windows, leaving the site impecable behind them. The receptionist was also very kind and efficient when I called.

A1 job by a crew of two. We are very pleased by the professionalism, the care and the work performed . So far we are very satisfied . From start to finish (4days) the crew was very helpful in all questions asked and went that extra mile for us. They were very professional and always cleaned up after them. Kevin came with his co-worker to remove the old door, brought it to the basement where I wanted it, installed the new door and and keypad and even installed the keypad and programmed it. Everything was cleaned up properly and done within the agreed time. I am happy with the product and and the installation.

We had two windows on our ensuite and two in our bedroom replaced. We had our front picture windows replaced by Verdun this spring. Andre and Gabriel did that job and we asked for them again as they do a terrific job.

Replaced 8 windows on the upper floor of our house. The work was done quickly, efficiently and professionally by Kevin and his crew.

The work they did was excellent in every way. They were fast and efficient and very courteous. They made getting new windows a pleasant experience. Thanks again.

Review Update- Verdun contacted me within 12 hours of my review and were very professional and took measures to ensure my situation would not happen to others. I appreciate the time they took which directly shows that customer satisfaction is a top priority.

My door was ordered and the sales rep indicated I would get a call when the door arrived early to mid October. When they still hadn't called by mid October I called the office only to find out my door had arrived but they did not call me to make an appointment.

The day of the appointment the installers were to arrive between 12-3pm. They called my husband around 10:45 asking if they could start early however I was not at home. An issue surrounding entry of the home arose but once that was over the actual installation of the door was fairly quick and clean and at the end of it all the Patio Door looks good.

It's too soon to comment on the quality of the windows, but they look great. The installation team arrived on time and carried out the project very proficiently, and cleaned up afterwards. So full marks for a great installation. In two or three months of the able to comment on the quality of the product, but I see no reason at this stage why it will be equally satisfied.

The men that did the work far exceeded my expectations. They were very professional, polite and efficient. I am extremely impressed.
